一、基本信息:
金康,博士,英国立博官方网站研究员,药物化学博士生导师。2019年入选山东省“泰山学者青年专家”。博士毕业于香港大学化学系,主要从事多肽与蛋白类药物的合成、修饰与生物活性研究,迄今为止,在本学科领域权威学术期刊(Nature Commun.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Med. Res. Rev.等)发表SCI论11篇,第一及通讯作者累计影响因子52.742,申请国际专利一项,中国专利一项。

二、研究领域:
以现代多肽与蛋白合成方法学为基础,开展天然多肽及蛋白质的全合成以及结构修饰研究,蛋白质功能及药物靶点研究。主要工作内容包括:开发更为有效的蛋白质合成手段,并以具有抗菌及抗肿瘤等药物活性的天然多肽蛋白为先导化合物,进行合理药物设计、合成及构效关系研究。通过化学合成翻译后修饰蛋白(如磷酸化、乙酰化、糖基化等),结合化学交叉连接、点击化学以及代谢标记等技术,确定未知的药物靶点,并进一步应用于新一代药物的开发研究。
(1)多肽与蛋白类天然产物的全合成及结构修饰。
(2)多肽与蛋白合成方法学及化员工物学研究。
(3)基于生物靶标的抗肿瘤药物的设计、合成与活性研究。
